Decisions, Courage, and Action / Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026. This policy explains how JumpX LLC handles information through Decisions, Courage, and Action and the connected BookFormula websites. JumpX LLC is based in California and is owned by Robert Plank. Contact robert.plank@gmail.com or use the contact form with a privacy question.

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. We use those details to review and respond to your request. An order reference or purchase email can help with support, but do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information.

BookFormula course accounts also use account and access details, such as your username, email address, membership level, and access status. Private course access is managed through WordPress and MemberGenius. A contact message by itself does not enroll you in a course or a mailing list.

If you choose a separate signup, contributor form, scheduling tool, or checkout, that form may request information needed for its stated purpose. Review the fields and any notices shown there before submitting.

Information collected when you browse

Our hosting and website systems process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver the site, investigate problems, and reduce abuse. WordPress uses necessary cookies for signed-in sessions and related preferences.

The contact form uses a security token, an automated-submission check, and short-lived hashed rate-limit and duplicate-message records. The form does not keep a public submission archive. Your submitted message is delivered by email.

Some pages include videos or tools provided by Vimeo, YouTube, Google Forms, Calendly, or ThriveCart. Your browser connects to a provider when its embedded tool loads, which can disclose technical information and allow that provider to use its own cookies. Retailer links take you to Amazon or Lulu. Those services handle your activity under their own policies.

The Cookies page explains necessary cookies, embedded services, and the choices available in your browser. This site does not have an optional analytics or advertising tag added by this network setup.

How we use and share information

We use information to answer questions, provide purchased access or services, maintain website reliability, prevent abuse, and handle rights requests or legal obligations. We do not add contact-form senders to a marketing list just because they asked a question.

Custom Solutions Marketing provides hosting. Contact messages travel through our configured WordPress SMTP service, Brevo, and arrive in Robert's Google email inbox. These providers process the information needed to deliver, store, and secure those services. Payment details are handled by the checkout or retailer you choose; this contact form does not collect payment card information.

We do not sell contact-form messages or disclose them to data brokers. We may share information when needed to fulfill your request, with service providers supporting the website, to comply with a valid legal requirement, or to protect people and the site. We do not publish your private contact message as a testimonial without permission.

Retention, security, and location

We keep correspondence, account information, and transaction-related records for as long as needed for support, the service relationship, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some records remain in email, backups, or provider systems until their normal deletion cycle. Contact us if you want us to review a particular record.

We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access, and site security controls. No website or email service can guarantee perfect security. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or ask a question about its use, through the contact form or robert.plank@gmail.com. Identify the email address and relationship involved, without sending identity documents through this form. We may need to verify the request and may retain records required for security, transactions, or law. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.

Use an unsubscribe link in an optional marketing email to stop that mailing. Browser controls can block or clear cookies, although signed-in access and embedded services may stop working. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for the optional live-support monitor described above; other providers may handle those signals differently.

These business and educational websites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child sent personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Third-party policies and changes

For services you choose to use, see Brevo, Google and YouTube, Vimeo, Calendly, and ThriveCart. A provider may have separate terms at the point of use.

We will revise this page when our practices change and update the effective date. Material changes will be described on this page.
